As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect color or style selection
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email: support@fjornhome.com Please include:- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work to find the best solution.Refunds
Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.Order Changes & Cancellations
