    Last updated: June 2026 At FJORN HOME, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. This on-demand production helps reduce waste and supports a more sustainable approach to manufacturing.

    Returns

    As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
    • Ordering the wrong size
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preference
    • Incorrect color or style selection
    Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email: support@fjornhome.com Please include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the product and the problem
    If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

  2. Lost Packages

    If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work to find the best solution.

    Refunds

    Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations or modifications can only be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
